BRAD C. KAPLAN

In 1980, at the age of 22, Mr. Kaplan began his legal studies at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark in Portland, Oregon. While there, Mr. Kaplan worked for the National Labor Relations Board, and was also a research assistant. He received research credits for law review articles regarding in personam jurisdiction and the entertainment industry.
Upon graduation, Mr. Kaplan sat for and passed the Georgia Bar exam and proceeded upon his career path working for small but extremely busy and competent law firms. In 1986, Mr. Kaplan opened the Law Firm of Brad C. Kaplan, which handled personal injury, small business matters and other assorted unique cases.
In 2001, Mr. Kaplan and Mr. Seifter joined to form Kaplan & Seifter. The firm handles all cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, negligent security, medical malpractice, product liability, automobile and truck accidents, nursing home negligence, premise liability, workers compensation and any other matters dealing with simple or complex litigation.
Mr. Kaplan and/or Mr. Seifter have participated in the collection of over Two Hundred Million Dollars ($225,000,000.00) in verdicts and settlements in their combined careers and they are pleased to say that number is significantly growing every year.
Mr. Kaplan is the proud father of two amazing sons, Jacob and Ben and they are involved with a number of charitable organizations which service the needs of impoverished children, disabled veterans, and the surviving children of slain police officers and firefighters.
Mr. Kaplan is an active member of the Georgia State Bar and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Kaplan is licensed to practice in all Georgia Courts, the United States District Courts, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
